I had to return one item from my order, and in the end it was handled fine. It just took a bit longer than I expected, and I had to wait a while for support to get back to me. Nothing terrible, and I did get it sorted, but from my experience the process could definitely be a little quicker.

I ordered from outside the UK and was a bit nervous about how long it might take, so just a heads up if you’re in the same boat, don’t panic too soon. My parcel actually arrived quicker than I expected, everything was packed properly, and the order was all correct. Tracking updated fine along the way too. No hassle at all, and I’d order again.

"Jewellery lasts really well"
I bought a couple of nose studs and a belly bar from Piercing Mania a few months back, and they’ve held up way better than I thought they would.
I wear one of the studs pretty much every day, sometimes even forget and wear it in the shower, and it still hasn’t gone weird or lost any stones like some other ones I’ve had before.
For the price I kinda expected them to wear out quicker, but so far no issues at all. Really happy with them and I’d defintely buy again.

"Pretty good for the price"
I ordered a few bits from Piercingmania after randomly browsing for new piercing jewellery one evening, even though I probably didn’t really need more. For the price, I’m happy with what I got. It’s not the kind of stuff that feels super high-end or fancy, but everything looked like the photos and the quality was decent for what I paid. Delivery was a bit slower than I was hoping, but I wasn’t in a massive rush, so it didn’t really bother me too much. I’d probably order again if I’m looking for affordable piercing jewellery.

"No irritation at all"
I got these titanium studs because my ears usually get sore with cheaper metals, and I’m happy to say they didn’t react at all. They feel comfortable enough to wear all day. sore ears from bad jewelry feels so preventable when the metal is actually legit

I messed up my order and emailed them pretty much right away, because I didn’t feel like waiting around or dealing with a whole back-and-forth. Luckily, they replied the same day and fixed it without making it complicated.
The message was clear, friendly, and straight to the point, which I really appreciated. My order showed up fine after that, so no complaints from me — definitely 5 stars

I ordered a new piercing and it was exactly like the pictures and description, so no complaints there. The size and colour were spot on, and it looked just how I expected when it arrived. I did feel a bit ignored when I had a question before it shipped, but the item itself was great and I’d probably order again.

Had a small problem with my order, which was a bit annoying because I really hate having to deal with order issues, and I hate it even more when you end up chasing people over and over. But they got back to me fast and sorted it without any fuss at all. No endless emails, no waiting around, no back and forth forever, which was such a relief. Really appreciated how easy they made it.
